Tara LaFerrara

Tara LaFerrara, owner and founder of Broads, combines movement with fun. A former collegiate track athlete, she now trains women worldwide. She’s certified by NASM (CPT, CES) and is a 200-hour yoga teacher with additional certifications in kettlebells, mobility, and weightlifting. When she’s not focused on fitness, Tara loves traveling, eating, hanging with her dog, and pretending she knows how to dance.

Taylor McGee

Taylor McGee is a NASM-certified personal trainer and StrongFirst Elite instructor based in Philadelphia. A former dancer, she found her passion for fitness through weight lifting and kettlebells. Taylor helps women feel stronger and more capable, with certifications in Functional Strength and Conditioning, Pre- & Postnatal, and Precision Nutrition. Outside of training, she enjoys traveling, coffee shops, and DJing house music.

Katie Callaway

Katie Callaway is a fitness coach with a background in gymnastics, dance, CrossFit, and marathon training. Now based in Austin, TX, she specializes in functional training at Onnit, blending high-intensity workouts with sustainable movement. Certified in NASM, CrossFit, and USA Weightlifting, Katie is passionate about helping clients grow stronger both physically and mentally. Outside the gym, she enjoys hot girl walks with her dog Scout, podcasts, and outdoor activities.

Once you join broadsCHAMPION, you'll kick things off by filling out a personalized consultation form where you can share your fitness goals, experience, available equipment, and even upload form videos for feedback.

From there, we'll match you with the perfect coach to guide you on your journey and set up your first call.

Your custom program will be ready within 3-5 days after we’ve received all your info.

Everything happens seamlessly within the Broads app.

When you sign up for broadsCHAMPION, there's an initial two-month commitment. After that, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis. If you ever need to cancel, just provide a 30-day notice. We are here to support you on your journey!

  • At BroadsCHAMPION, our approach to nutrition is rooted in intuitive eating and mindfulness. We have coaches with nutrition certifications who can help guide you toward food freedom and fueling your body in a way that works for you. While we don’t focus on calorie counting or strict meal plans, we believe in providing you with the tools and support you need to feel empowered and confident in your nutrition journey. We will hold you accountable to your goals.

  • Yes! All Broads, no matter the membership level are invited to our private Facebook community where you can chat about all things Broads!

  • BroadsCHAMPION does not offer a free trial, as each program is fully customized to your unique goals and needs

  • Absolutely! We recommend committing to broadsCHAMPION for at least three months to build a strong foundation with your coach. However, you can switch to the group membership once you’ve fulfilled your initial two-month commitment.
