“I joined Broads on Dec 2., and to this point (almost 2 months in) I am not only physically stronger, but I’ve also gained confidence in myself to workout and push myself in a way I’ve never done before.
If you’re tired of boring workouts that make you feel like you’re on a hamster wheel (AKA working hard and getting no where), you NEED this! Trust me. Even if it’s just for 1 month—you will feel and see changes that will keep you coming back for more.
I’m a seasoned workout-goer and athlete—and with my history, Broads is hands down the best strength training I’ve ever had.
The workouts are designed to have a dynamic warmup (mobility focused) followed by carefully curated exercises ranging in reps/sets (built for home AND gym compatibility) with several substitutions if needed (based on equipment available or comfort level), and the workout ends with a nice slow stretch cool down. These workouts have set me up to not just be strong lifting weights, but in my lifestyle! Bulgarian split squats (bss) have always been tough—but Broads has helped me conquer them.
