Broads is a fitness app designed for women who want to build muscle with strength-based workouts while mitigating injuries and increasing range of motion with mobility training. Our program offers three levels of membership: BroadsCLUB, BroadsCOACH, and BroadsCHAMPION, each providing varying degrees of personalized support and community engagement. New workout plans drop each month. These are structured with the goal of progressive overload (gradually increasing intensity over time) by leveling up the rate of perceived effort (RPE) to make sure you’re progressing. BroadsCLUB members can choose to workout 2x, 3x, or 4x a week, while BroadsCOACH and BroadsCHAMPION members can customize their plan with their coach.
All workouts focus on a combination of strength and mobility, so you can power your lifts while reducing risk of injury.

The workouts vary between 45-75 minutes, including a warmup and cooldown.

Broads can be done at the gym or at home with the right equipment. Workouts generally require dumbbells, a bench, and bands.

It depends on your Broads program! All Broads members will have access to a Facebook group with other members and trainers. BroadsCOACH and BroadsCHAMPION offer more personalized, one-on-one support.

Yes! You can change your membership in your account settings at any time.

We’d be sad to see you go, but you can cancel at any time in BroadsCLUB within your app’s account settings. BroadsCOACH and BroadsCHAMPION have a 30 day cancellation notice.

In broadsCLUB, you’ll receive new workouts every 4-5 weeks, along with weekly updates to adjust intensity, volume, or rest. Each month will have a specific focus on building strength and enhancing joint mobility.

BroadsCLUB offers workout options at 2x, 3x, or 4x per week. While programs are updated monthly, the 2x and 3x sessions generally focus on full-body workouts, while the 4x option is split into two upper and two lower body days. Plus, BroadsCOACH and BroadsCHAMPION are tailored just for you!
