Understanding my body’s natural rhythms gave me so much insight into my energy levels, cravings, emotions, and even my productivity. I finally felt in tune with myself in a way I never had before.

I had always thought birth control just prevented pregnancy, but I realized it was doing so much more. Once I stopped taking it, I noticed shifts in my digestion, metabolism, and mental clarity.
